By Lily Cichanowicz Stars Melt to Milk offers a refreshing portrayal of the experience of millennial life and all of its uncertainties. The characters are highly original, relatable, and compelling. It is clear that author Brittany Touris put a lot of thought into bringing them to life, and she certainly succeeded. I certainly recommend this book for all millennials as they navigate through the early stages of adulthood or for anyone that has ever wondered what it is like to come of age in this unprecedented phase in history. It is an inspiring story about the plight of holding true to oneself in the midst of so many forces that attempt to lead us astray from who we really are. Beautifully written, I give this book a 5/5!

These characters' introspection and growth are revealing. Many of the thoughts and perspectives that are shared and worked through are lessons that most of us learn the hard way. I strongly recommend this book to anyone. Not just because it's a great book and it pulls you in, but because the readers can read and grow as well. How to live fulfilling lives, seize the day, protect your heart, when and how to stand up for yourself, what to ask for in a relationship, how to identify what you really want and what you might just be going along with, what is really Important, self actualization, motivation, and support, and how some of these characters discover what love really is.Frankly this is a book everyone should read. An absolute requirement for teenagers, college kids, those who want a relationship or have one and want to gain new perspectives on what the real thing does and doesn't look like, and parents to remind them for parenting, relationship, and enjoyment purposes .

If you feel as though you have traveled on their journey, the author has transported you to a place only they can. If you speak the names of each person in the book as if you know them, the author has created for you a reality from their imagination. Brittany Touris is one of these authors. It may start with her captivating title but believe me it does not end with the last paragraph. This book will hold you in the palm of its pages.
