By Sassy Beta Reading & Review 4.5 starsThis is my first Jean book that I am not giving a 5 star review on and it just tears me up to do it. This was my least favorite of all of her books but was still a good book.I just could not get into the Dorrie character. She was shallow. I did not care for her attitude when it came to finding someone to spend the rest of her life with. She is trying to choose between 3 men (well actually 4) and her approach to deciding on who to choose left me disappointed. I actually felt sorry for all the men.....well 3 of the men. I loved the back story where we learned more about Quill and can see to a point why he is such a douche....doesn't mean I like him any more than I already did, but I get him now.I had two favorites....Johnny and Archer. Loved Archers back story and couldn't help but love Johnny....even though he was a man-whore when they knew each other in the past.As for the story concept itself, it was good. The dialogue between characters flowed really well and the descriptions to details were easy to visualize.I did like the story and it grew on my as it went along....it is in no way a bad book, it was actually a great book (why the 4 1/2 stars) its just the character of Dorrie that was off-putting to me.This is a multi pov and is book 5 of the series but can be read as a stand alone. The first 4 books in this series are fanfreakingtastic and I highly recommend them all.Would I recommend this book? YesWould I read more from this author? Absolutely, Jean is one of my favorites!

By Amy Dorrie, Dorrie, Dorrie… my dear, oh how many times I wanted to smack you! Well, I guess that just goes to show what a great author Jean C Joachim is, I mean really, to evoke those feelings just proves Jean knows how to write a great romance.Dorrie is ready to settle down. She wants love…true, never-ending, never-wavering, all-consuming love. Did she have that already and give it up while she had her eyes on her dream of making it big in her career? She decides to go back to the three men she can’t get out of her head and have one last chance with each of them to see if one of them was the one.I have to admit, I had my favorite from the start. I had the names listed, then thought about describing them by numbers, but didn’t want to give away any spoilers. I was totally put off by from the start with one of them, just still seemed like too much of a player. One was sweet and caring, seemed like a possible candidate. And of course, my favorite… oh but wait… Dorrie has 3 in mind then BAM! Someone new tries to throw his hat in the rink AND the worst of all, her ex, decides he wants her back. Oh my, the decisions she must make…I could not put this book down. I had to know what was going to happen. Who would she choose, would he choose her? I have to say the ending was one of my absolute favorites out all of the books I’ve read. OMG how romantic and just perfect!You must read this!

By Angie J I gave this a 4.5 but rounded up.I recevied this book from the author for an honest reviews.SO I have to say this book was my favorite book my Jean. I loved the whole premise of the story. A woman who had been looking back at her past loves and deciding if maybe she let Mr. Right go.....She has the opportunity to be back near 3 men who might have been the right one. So after a failed engagment with a DB, picking up her life pieces, and starting over....she reaches out to 2 of the 3 men but knows she is going to se man #3 at a weekend reunion.So enter man 1, Archer. He is sweet and had some [passion BUT very reserved. Then Enter man #2, Rick who is still kinda a DB and wants to date her ANNNND a handful of others. However when man #3 enters, John, My heart went pitter patter with desire, lust and pretty much alot of tingley bits ;)Now on top of all these men she is trying to juggle and figure out HOw she wants, guess who decides he loved Dorrie again? YUP The DB ex...smh...really dude!! Annnnd then anohter suiter coming outta the shadows and I was like WHUT!! and YOU HAVE GOTTA BE KIDDING ME!!!Serioulsy this book had a lot going on but it was a really quick read that kept me guessing, made me heart broken and even made me yell at Dorrie for being so dang dumb sometimes!!!
